As a Financial Institution, you can leverage on the FICS certification framework to better attract and retain the right talents as well as to develop talents.

You can begin by sending your staff for FICS accredited training and/or assessment programmes. A full list of our FICS accredited training providers are listed here. Upon each successful assessment, your staff will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) to signify his/her competency in that unit. As long as he/she is able to attain all the SOAs available for a particular job function (job family) and job level (job role) within 2 years and fulfil the stipulated years of work experience, he/she can apply for certification.

To encourage financial institutions to be part of this FICS initiative that was developed by the industry for the industry, we will be providing financial institutions that send their staff for FICS accredited training or assessment with monetary support in the form of funding.
