Trainer(s)

Neil Govier
Neil is the head of the Singapore faculty. He has taught extensively in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia . He now lives in Singapore. As a qualified Chartered Accountant and CFA Charterholder, Neil's expertise and teaching experience covers a wide range of subjects. He teaches all three levels of the CFA Institute exams and teaches product courses ranging from an Introduction to Capital Markets through to Advanced Derivatives. Outside the classroom Neil is also experienced in course design and has worked closely with many clients to tailor-make both structure and content.

Sean Ring
Sean began his career in the financial services industry in 1994 as an intern at Merrill Lynch before completing a degree in Business Administration from Villanova University , Pennsylvania . Subsequently, he worked as a Senior Billing Representative at Paine Webber Services, Inc. and as a Financial Analyst for Corporate Global Equity Derivatives at Lehman Brothers, responsible for hedge, swap and cash reconciliations of all equity swap books. Sean joined Credit Suisse First Boston International in 1998 as a Trader Operations Specialist where he acquired vast product knowledge of fixed income and equity OTC derivatives, and risk awareness of the operations process. Having transferred to the London office of Credit Suisse, he moved to a role as Front Office Business Support, dealing with fixed income and equity futures, FX, Eurobonds, European government bonds and US corporate bonds. Before joining 7city, Sean became Vice President, Listed Derivatives Execution Broker and Sales Coverage responsible for coverage of clients with technical trading programs. Sean has a Masters in Finance from the London Business School , is FSA registered for Securities and Futures & Options, and is Eurex, LIFFE and OMX registered.

Scope of Accreditation
