Programme Synopsis

The SMU FICS Training: Introduction to Financial Statement Analysis (IV) is an introductory programme on understanding financial statements and financial analysis in investment evaluation.

The curriculum covers key components of financial statements and interpretation of financial ratios. It also includes an introductory session on the use of technical charting as an analytical tool in investment analysis.

 

Unique features

Practical and essential accounting knowledge, calculation methodology will be taught in lectures. Exercises and case discussions are included to reinforce the technical knowledge and application.

 

Trainer(s)
The team of trainers comprises of accounting professionals from major accounting firms, as well as technical chartist well versed in technical analysis.
