The SMU FICS Training in Equity Capital Markets (IV) aims to provide participants with the essential competencies to originate, structure, advise and distribute equity offerings.
The curriculum focuses on practical aspects to execute mergers and acquisitions, IPO, corporate restructuring, as well as the sale and distribution of equity offerings. Participants can choose to sign up for the entire course or selected modules, according to their training needs.
