• Responsible for performing a specialist role in a debt origination and syndication role.
• Responsible for setting the direction for the team and assumes limited supervisory oversight responsibilities for a group of origination team.
• Possesses a high degree of personal accountability, decision-making authority and risk management skills.
• Operates in an environment which is largely non-routine, unpredictable and complex.
