Programme Synopsis

The programme prepares participants in performing research and analysis work. Participants will undergo 3 modules for a holistic learning experience and be equipped with the necessary foundational and practical knowledge on topics relating to investment tools, asset classes and valuation, portfolio management, wealth planning, ethics and professional standards.

 

Unique features

The programme will also feature a practical workshop session for application of financial statement analysis. Bridging modules specially designed to cover important special topics like technical analysis, different asset classes and an overview of the financial industry regulatory framework. As an added feature, the curriculum is designed to meet and prepare candidates for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 examination.

 

Trainer(s)

The trainers engaged for the programme are all experienced trainers in conducting either-in house or public programmes with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and are experts in their field of specialisation.

This programme aims to provide aspiring Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level I candidates with an overview of the financial services industry and enhance their knowledge on technical analysis, financial reporting and analysis, money markets, commodities and collective investment scheme. This programme also provides non-industry candidates with basic understanding of the financial services industry to prepare them for the CFA Level I examination.

The programme features supplementary workshops to cover fundamental topics as an added feature, designed to prepare candidates for the CFA Level I examination.
